We'll be exploring Hakone entirely by train and bus using the Hakone Freepass, making it an easy trip even without a car. Our first stop was the peaceful Chisuji Falls, followed by one of Hakone's most famous restaurants, Tamura Ginkatsutei, where we finally tried their legendary tofu katsuni. After lunch, we visited the Hakone Open-Air Museum, one of my favourite places in Hakone. From incredible outdoor sculptures and the beautiful stained-glass tower to interactive art installations, there was so much to see and experience.
