🥘麻婆豆腐🥘 【材料】 ・豆腐 300g ・ひき肉 100g ・豆板醤 小さじ1 ・豆豉醤 大さじ1.5 ・醤油 大さじ1 ・料理酒 大さじ1 ・鶏がらスープ 160ml ・砂糖 少々 ・水溶き片栗粉 小さじ1 ・生姜 1カケ ・にんにく 1カケ ・ねぎ お好みの量 ・ごま油 大さじ1 ※今回、ひき肉は鶏ひき肉を使用 【作り方】 ①豆腐を一口大に切って湯を切れた鍋で温めておく ②しょうがとにんにくをみじん切り ③フライパンに油を入れ、にんにくと生姜を炒める ④香りが出てきたらひき肉を加えて中火で炒める ⑤豆板醤、豆豉醤、醤油を加えて炒める ⑥鶏がらスープ、料理酒、豆腐を加える ⑦煮立ってきたら火を少し弱め、砂糖、ごま油を加える ⑧水溶き片栗粉を加えて、弱火にして3分ほど煮て ねぎをトッピングして完成 ※鶏がらスープはお湯に対し、小さじ1の味覇を入れて作りました ********************************* 30代カナダ暮らし🇨🇦 -ESL→Co-op→WH→RO×2 -YouTubeとnote更新中 @momiji_canadakurashi #自炊 #トロント #カナダ #海外生活 #ワーホリ#留学#カナダ自炊
