ロンドン近郊パンプキンパッチ 🇬🇧| Pumpkin Patch near London

Hello October🎃👻 パンプキンパッチに行ってきました。9月とは思えないお天気に恵まれた日。まさかの私まで半袖になりました。平日だったので貸切状態。ラッキー。こちらはロンドン郊外にある @garsons_esher ファームです。ロンドンといっても広いので、南西からだと車で40分くらいでした。入場料は1人£3。メインの駐車場からは遠いので、車でパンプキンパッチのできる場所まで入っていきます。パンプキンは別売りです。サイズごとに値段が違います。 パンプキンパッチの後は、ガーデンセンターの横にあるカフェでお茶。ビーガンケーキなどもありました。暖かい日だったので、存分にパンプキンパッチを楽しんで、テラス席でのんびりお茶ができてゆったりした一日でした。 日本ではあまりパンプキンパッチはまだないようなので、農家の皆様、いかがでしょうか！？🎃 We enjoyed a pumpkin patch on a day with surprisingly warm weather, feeling more like September. It was a weekday, so we had the place to ourselves – quite lucky. This farm, @garsons_esher, is located in the outskirts of London. Despite being in London, it took about 40 minutes by car from the southwest. The entrance fee is £3 per person. Since the main parking lot is far, you drive to the area where the pumpkin patch is located. Pumpkins are sold separately, with prices varying based on size. After the pumpkin patch, we had tea at a café next to the garden center. They had vegan cakes and more. It was a warm day, so we thoroughly enjoyed the pumpkin patch, and then had a relaxed time with tea on the terrace, making it a laid-back day. Notting Hill🇬🇧 English below ⬇️ 土曜日のノッティングヒルエリアは有名なポートベーロマーケットで賑わいます。ロンドン観光の定番となっているので、土曜日はぜひノッティングヒルへ。マーケットと常設店舗に時計、家具、銀食器などのアンティークショップが並びます。私は知識がないのでなかなか買えずにいますが、知識が豊富な方ならレアな掘り出し物を見つけられると思います。また、フード屋台も出ているので、ランチもマーケットで買ってその場で食べられるので、子連れにも便利。おすすめはパン屋台のホイップクリームドーナツと、スパニッシュ屋台のパエリアです。人手が多いので、小さな子供連れのときはバギーが便利かもしれません。スリにもご注意ください。 うちのような小さな子供連れだと、マーケットの前後に徒歩15分ほどで行けるケンジントンパーク内ダイアナ王妃のメモリアルプレイグラウンド(無料)と組み合わせると、ハイストリートケンジントン、ケンジントンパーク内の散歩、ノッティングヒルと徒歩で効率よく回れます。 ノッティングといえば、なカラフルなお家も立ち並んでいて映え写真も沢山撮れると思います☺️ On Saturdays, the Notting Hill area comes alive with the famous Portobello Market. It's a must-visit for London tourists, with antique shops offering clocks, furniture, silverware, and more, alongside the market stalls and permanent stores. While I lack knowledge in this area, those well-versed might discover rare finds. Food stalls are also present, making it convenient for lunch, especially for families with children. I recommend trying the whipped cream doughnuts from the bakery stall and paella from the Spanish stall. Due to the crowds, a stroller might be handy when visiting with small children. Be cautious of pickpockets. For families with young kids like mine, combining the market visit with a 15-minute walk to the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Playground in Kensington Park (free) is a great idea. This allows for an efficient day exploring High Street Kensington, taking a stroll in Kensington Park, and wandering through Notting Hill. Weekend in Paris 🇫🇷🤍 July 2023 English below ⬇️ 大学からの友人のパリでの結婚式にご招待頂き、ユーロスターでロンドンからパリまでサクッと週末小旅行をしてきました。3歳児を連れて予想外の猛暑のパリ、炎天下での街歩き、なかなか大変でしたが、良い思い出になりました。 3歳児を連れてのユーロスターについてはまた別記事にて書きたいと思います。 息子が生まれてからは自分の荷物は最小限にする為、普段パンツスタイルの多い私も、夏のホリデーはワンピーススタイルが多くなりました。こちらのZARAのワンピースはパターンも綺麗で、体にフィットするのでとっても重宝しています🙌🏻 I was invited to a friend's wedding in Paris, who I met at university. We took a quick weekend trip from London to Paris via the Eurostar. Despite the unexpected intense heat in Paris and navigating the city with a 3-year-old under the scorching sun, it was quite challenging but turned into a memorable experience. I plan to write another article specifically about traveling on the Eurostar with a toddler. Since my son was born, I've minimized my luggage, and although I usually prefer trousers or shorts, my summer holiday style has shifted to mostly dresses.
