We visited Celle, often called the “Pearl of Northern Germany.” With Celle Castle and many half-timbered houses still standing, it’s a town with a charming atmosphere. It’s close to Hanover, so why not take a short detour to visit it during your trip? You’ll feel as if you’ve stepped back in time to the Middle Ages.
