Waldorf Song (Spring Time)

The weather feels like spring today. (Actually we don’t have 4 seasons in Malaysia, but it was the first strong wind of spring that is like we have in Japan, and also we have trees that look like cherry blossoms and they are starting to bloom. (Every year they bloom the same timing as Cherry blossoms do) My kids and me quickly packed some sandwiches and some fruits and ate outside, feeling so nice! Here is my favorite spring song that I normally sing with lower graders. It is called “Spring Time” hope you can enjoy feeling of Spring😊 If you are curious about Waldorf education, please let me know, I am happy to share ideas💕 “Spring Time” The lark is singing The flowers are ringing The hare is springing High and low, high and low Spring time spring time all aglow. How to cook Chicken Rendang

My husband and me cooked Chicken Rendang which is traditional dish during celebration. I share the secret recipe from my mother in - law. Try it out! 旦那さんと一緒にチキンルンダンを作りました。ルンダンはお祝いの時に食べるもので、今回はハリラヤのお祝いに作りました。義理の母からのシークレットレシピです!ぜひ作ってみてね! INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PAX) Chicken 500g, Onion 4Large, Turmeric powder 1tbsp, Chili 5tbsp, Serai(lemon grass) 2, Oil quater cup, Ginger 2inch, Garlic 4cloves, Santan(coconut milk) 1pack(you may put half first and adjust accordingly) Salt to taste 3 Tumeric leaves (cut into thin slices) Asam keping 1slice (Tamarind peel) METHOD 1.blend chilli, serai, ginger, garlic, onion 2.hear the oil and add blended chilli, serai, ginger, garlic and onion 3.add chicken and Asam keping then wait for oil to come up 4.add santan and turmeric powder 5.add turmeric leaves and simmer until chicken is soft! (Don’t cover the lid) 材料(4人分) チキン500g 玉ねぎ 大4 ターメリックパウダー 大さじ1 チリ 大さじ5 レモングラス 2 オイル 1/4 カップ 生姜 2インチ ニンニク 4カケ ココナッツミルク 1パック(最初に半分入れて、濃さを調整されることをお勧めします。) 塩 少々 ターメリックの葉 3枚 (細くスライス切る) Asam keping 1スライス(Tamarind peel) 作り方 1、チリ、生姜、ニンニク、レモングラス、玉ねぎをブレンドする 2、鍋に油をひき、1を炒める 3、チキンとAsam keping 1スライスを入れる。油が浮いてくるまでしばらく炒める 4、ココナッツミルクとターメリックパウダーを入れる 5、ターメリックの葉を入れ、チキンが柔らかくなるまで煮る(蓋はしないでください)  *お子さんがいらっしゃるご家庭は、チリ無しで作っても美味しいですよ〜!
