The moment I stepped out of the subway in Hollywood, I was completely overwhelmed — in the best way. 🇺🇸✨ I had never seen a city quite like this before. Every building seemed to be shouting for attention, the streets were packed with people, and there was so much happening everywhere that my brain could barely keep up🤣 One of my favorite things about exploring Los Angeles was seeing how dramatically the atmosphere changed from one area to another. The streets, the people, the buildings — every neighborhood seemed to have its own personality. LA is an extraordinary place in every sense, including the prices , and walking around made me constantly wonder what life is actually like for the people who call this city home. Exploring it little by little on foot became one of my favorite parts of my trip. Is this really Los Angeles?! On this day, I finally explored Little Tokyo and Downtown Los Angeles, an area I had wanted to visit for a long time! Living in Malta, I rarely get the chance to be surrounded by Japanese food and culture, so seeing supermarkets and restaurants filled with almost everything I miss from Japan made me ridiculously happy. For a moment, it honestly felt like I could live here completely in Japanese 🥺💙 I also stopped by a Dodgers shop at Weller Court and picked up some souvenirs for my family ⚾️💙 But as I continued walking through Downtown LA toward Marugame Udon, the atmosphere suddenly changed. I came across scenes I had never experienced so closely before, showing a very different and difficult side of life in Los Angeles. Some areas definitely felt a little rough, and the contrast with Little Tokyo was striking. I explored the area alone on foot without any problems, continuing through Downtown LA before eventually making my way back toward Hollywood. After spending the entire day exploring Disney California Adventure, I ended the night watching this incredible show. The combination of water, lights, music, projections, and Disney stories created a truly magical atmosphere💖 As someone who traveled all the way from Malta to visit California Disney, this was one of the most memorable moments of my trip. Today's video is Las Vegas🎰✨🇺🇸 My original travel plans changed because of a flight schedule change, so I didn’t have enough time to fully explore the city. Most of my time was spent simply walking around and taking in the atmosphere. Even so, it was amazing to finally see the world-famous casinos and shows with my own eyes🥳 The Bellagio Fountain Show was definitely the highlight of the trip. The combination of music, lights, and water was breathtaking, and it’s hard to believe such a spectacular show is completely free😳 A tour guide also told us that Las Vegas was originally built with mafia money, which made the city’s history even more fascinating. Behind the glamorous hotels, casinos, and bright lights, I also encountered some unusual characters while walking around the city. It felt like seeing both the light and dark sides of Las Vegas. Although my stay was short, I really enjoyed experiencing this unique city. I joined a day tour from Bucharest to visit Bran Castle (known as Dracula’s Castle) and Peles Castle 🏰✨ Bran Castle is famous for its connection to the Dracula legend and Vlad the Impaler. Standing on top of a rocky hill, it really feels like stepping into a mysterious story. On the other hand, Peles Castle was built as a royal summer residence. It looks like something straight out of a fairytale, with stunning European architecture and beautiful details✨💖 But here’s the thing… The entrance fees were NOT included in the tour 😭 It cost an extra 60€, while the tour itself was 34€. So in total… almost 100€ in one day 💸😱 Honestly, if I knew it would cost that much, I might not have joined (just between us…) Still, Peles Castle was absolutely worth seeing.
