European architecture, communist-era buildings, and modern structures all stand side by side, creating a unique atmosphere. Another thing that surprised me was the strong religious culture. People made the sign of the cross when passing churches, and inside the churches there were lines of people greeting the priest, kissing religious icons, and praying😳 It was a fascinating cultural difference to witness. This was my final day in Stockholm🥲🇸🇪 I loved the city so much that I even caught myself humming while walking around💖 Every corner of Stockholm felt beautiful and cinematic, making this last walk especially memorable✨ During my walk, I unexpectedly witnessed a pigeon wandering inside a 7-Eleven while the staff tried their best to guide it outside. I started my day in Stockholm with an authentic Nordic sauna at Hellasgården💖 I was lucky the time slot I booked was completely empty, so I had the sauna all to myself. It felt like a private experience, and I could truly relax and enjoy the traditional Swedish sauna without worrying about anything. I felt completely refreshed and “reset” afterwards🧖♀️💙 If you ever visit Stockholm and have some time, I highly recommend adding this sauna to your list. After that, I explored the city — from Slussen to King’s Garden. The decorations I saw through the windows around the city were so charming and cozy.
