In this video, I share an important update about my long-held dream ofbuilding a preschool for Japanese families in the United States. While my core vision has not changed, I have made the decision to update the way we move forward and take the project to the next stage. After extensive research, ongoing meetings with local professionals and investors, and careful review of licensing and operational requirements, I decided to launch a pilot program first in order to maximize the likelihood of long-term success. This is not a step backward.It is a positive and intentional pivot to ensure that this dream becomes a reality. 🌍 About the New Initiative Through this pilot program, I will be offering: Event-based and workshop-style educational programs across the United States Online and in-person programs for families in Japan and around the world(in-person programs held during my temporary stays in Japan) Educational experiences that combineJapanese early childhood education and daily-life practiceswith SEL (Social Emotional Learning) widely used in the U.S. Through these efforts, my goal is to create a system wherefamilies anywhere in the world can access Moe’s educational approach, regardless of location.
