📍Koyote - 551 W 400 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116 Literally obsessed!! This is one of those spots that actually feels Japan. From seeing otoshi on the menu to the variety of dishes (ramen, teishoku, curry, ochazuke), everything felt authentic. What I love is that they keep things traditional but still add their own creative touch and you can tell the chefs really care about the food. Also their pricing is honestly so good for the quality. So many of the smaller dishes are affordable, and even the mains are well worth it. Everything we tried was amazing, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you’ve been craving real Japanese comfort food! 📍Ozora Izakaya Japanese Bar & Tapas - 1078 E 2100 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84106 If you’re looking for an authentic izakaya experience in Salt Lake City, Ozora Izakaya is definitely worth checking out 👀🍶🇯🇵 we got to try a variety of dishes this dinner and everything felt just like what you’d find in Japan. I definitely want to come back and try more of their nigiri & sashimi because when I was looking at other tables it looked so yummy 😻 We were also impressed that they even use premium wasabi!!
