初めてのマラソンを走りました | シカゴマラソンで3時間3分デビュー & BQ達成（ボストン・クオリファイ）🔥
5Kしか走ったことのなかった私が、フルマラソンに挑戦。舞台は世界最高峰の一つ、シカゴマラソン 2025。 Garminによるトレーニングとデータ分析、AIとの対話を積み重ね、非公式コーチとして背中を押してくれた Clayton Young の「Best of luck! Weekend’s Cambridge Fall Classic 5K had a lot of runners prepping for this weekend’s Chicago Marathon and next weekend’s Baystate Marathon. I crossed the start line nice and easy to check my race pace. Everything is perfectly dialed in.
