Dear foreigners friends living in the Rhône region, in France. Please check this video, before going to the prefectural office to renew your French residence card. Attention! There are two waiting lines to enter the building. With reservation, at left side, No reservation, at right side. I waited in the line on the no-reservation side for half an hour in vain under the cold weather❄️ But, once I entered, it was really quick & smooth! I got a temporary residence permit within just 20 min!! and, It is valid... just for 8 months!! Unbelievable, A temporary card for 8 months??? Cover the pan. 3.When 70 to 80% of the kernels have been popped, turn off the heat, open the lid, and stir gently. 4.It will continue to pop with the residual heat.
