ANAマイルでの世界一周が廃止になると言うことで急いで行ってきた世界一周旅行 食べ物飲み物をメインの目的として行ってきた記録です 1ヶ月かけて 中国🇨🇳上海 ベトナム🇻🇳ホイアン、ハノイ イタリア🇮🇹ミラノ フランス🇫🇷パリ、コルマール、ブサンソン、リヨン、マルセイユ、ニース スペイン🇪🇸サンセバスチャン アメリカ🇺🇸サンフランシスコ を周りました！旅行したい方の参考に、旅行に行かない方も旅行に行った気になったり、暇つぶしに見てもらえたら幸いです Series of V-logs from around-the-world trip using ANA miles after hearing that the redemption option for round-the-world tickets was going to be discontinued. This trip was mainly focused on food and drinks, rather than sightseeing alone. サンフランシスコ🇺🇸 お寿司🍣 📍Sushi Ran ＊English follows Japanese もし日本人でなかったり住んだ経験がなかったりする人で好きな日本食屋さんがある人がいたら教えてほしい、私基準で日本食の範囲に含められるかApproveしにいきたい。 お高級店なのでレストランウィークで訪問 日本の食の基準を保ちながら良い意味で日本と現地の食材、味付けを組み合わせていて料理だけではなく現地で愛されるための気配りまでを味合わせていただいた。 巻き物は日本人からしたらアメリカだ！って思われると思うけど、その土地で取れる素材で、お米と相性の良い顔ぶれを集めてくれたという印象。むりにこちらでは高い日本と同じ食材揃えなくてもこの組み合わせはお家でも再現できそう、と大きなヒントをもらえたきがした。 If you’re not Japanese or haven’t lived in Japan, and you have a favorite Japanese restaurant, let me know. I’d love to check it out and see if it passes my “Japanese food standards” approval test. I visited during Restaurant Week since it’s a high-end spot. The experience was not just about the food, but also about how Japanese culinary standards are respected while thoughtfully blending local ingredients and flavors. You can really feel the attention to detail in how the restaurant adapts to be loved locally. The rolls might feel very “American” to some Japanese diners, but to me, it felt like a carefully curated selection of local ingredients that still pair beautifully with rice. It also gave me a big insight: you don’t always need to replicate premium Japanese ingredients exactly—this kind of combination feels realistic enough to recreate at home. #Sanfrancisco #japanesefood #sushi #Japanese #washoku
