【国際離婚】離婚しても終わらない。アメリカ共同親権のリアル
アメリカで離婚して感じたのは、離婚したのに離婚した気がしないことです。 子供の学校、病院、習い事、長期休みの予定など、元夫と連絡を取り続けなければならないからです。 夫婦関係は終わっても、親としての関係は終わりません。 【アメリカの共同親権について】 こんにちは。今回はアメリカで離婚した後の共同親権についてお話ししたいと思います。 アメリカでは、日本とは違い、離婚後も母親と父親の両方が親権を持つのが一般的です。これは「子供にとっては片親だけではなく、両親との関係を維持することが大切」という考え方があるためです。 親権には大きく分けて3つのパターンがあります。 ① Solo Custody（単独親権） 相手が裁判所に出廷しなかった場合や、自ら親権を放棄して署名した場合などに認められることがあります。単独親権が認められると、親権を放棄した側は子供に会う権利もなくなる場合があります。 ② 50/50 Custody（共同親権） 子供と過ごす時間を両親で半分ずつ分ける形です。 ③ Primary Custody ＋ Visitation 共同親権ではありますが、一方の親が子供と過ごす時間を多く持ちます。もう一方の親にはVisitation（面会権）が与えられ、決められたスケジュールで子供と会います。 離婚の際には、裁判所を通して「Parenting Plan（養育計画）」という書類を作成します。 主な内容は次の4つです。 ・Education（教育） ・Non Emergency Health Care（緊急ではない医療） ・After School Activities（習い事） ・Religion（宗教） これらについては、まず両親で話し合う必要があります。それでも意見がまとまらない場合は、「Tie Breaker（最終決定権）」をどちらが持つかを決めます。 例えば母親が最終決定権を持っている場合、話し合いで結論が出なくても最終的には母親が決定できます。ただし、最終決定権を持っていても、必ず話し合いをした証拠を残しておくことが大切です。もし相手が裁判所に申し立てをした場合、話し合いをしていなかったことで不利になる可能性があります。 また、Parenting Planでは学校の長期休暇や祝日をどちらの親と過ごすかも決めます。 夏休みや冬休みなどの長い休みは、日数を計算して半分ずつ分けることが多いです。一方、春休みや感謝祭休みなどの短い休みは、奇数年と偶数年で交代するケースが一般的です。 例えば、 奇数年の春休みは母親、 偶数年の春休みは父親、 というように決めます。 養育費については、50/50 Custodyの場合は発生しない、または少額になることが多いです。そのため、より多くの時間を子供と過ごせるPrimary Custodyを求めて、裁判所や弁護士を通じて争うケースもあります。 養育費は双方の収入を基準に計算されます。 今回はアメリカの共同親権についてお話ししました。 現在、国際離婚を経験されている方がいらっしゃいましたら、ぜひコメント欄で体験を共有してください。みんなで情報交換をしながら助け合えたら嬉しいです。 また、離婚や親権について知りたいことがありましたらコメントで教えてください。リクエストが多ければ、今後も関連動画を作りたいと思います。 最後までご視聴ありがとうございました。 動画が参考になった方は、ぜひ高評価とチャンネル登録をよろしくお願いします！ #国際離婚 #離婚体験談 #共同親権 #アメリカ生活 #シングルマザー

They have pretty much everything you need to fix things around the house. I usually try to do the repairs myself whenever I can because hiring someone can be really expensive. Plus, as a single mom, I have to figure out a lot of things on my own. There’s no one else to call when something needs to be fixed! In this video, I’m repairing the steps on my deck and making a trip to Home Depot to get everything I need. シンママだってたまには子供達から解放されて休みたい| Even single mom needs a break from kids sometime
This week I would like to show you how I spent my weekend without my kids! 🥰 First, we went to Infinite Realities, a comic book store in Tucker. They had so many comic books, both used and brand new ones. There were so many to look through that it took us quite a while! 📚✨ Next, we went to Harmony, a vegetarian Chinese restaurant in Chamblee. Everything on the menu was vegetarian, so it was actually hard to decide what to order. Everything we tried was delicious! I love plant based food so much. 🥰🌱 The next morning, I felt like walking around by myself, so I went to downtown Duluth and visited one of my favorite stores, Personify Shop. They always have the cutest things, and I can never resist! I tried on some clothes and they were all so cute, so I ended up buying a couple of summer dresses. 👗💕 In the afternoon, we went to the Atlanta BeltLine, where I took some portraits. He needed a new LinkedIn profile picture, so I took some photos for him. They came out really good! 📸 After that, we got hungry and went to Pizza Verdura Sincera, a vegan pizza restaurant. We ordered a Margherita pizza and it was so good! 🍕🌱 After eating, we walked around Little Five Points and stopped by Criminal Records to look around before heading home. シングルマザーの子どもたちがいない週末の過ごし方| How I spend my weekend without kids as a single mother
This week, I’m taking you along for a fun little weekend without the kids! 💕 I started my morning at Life Time Fitness with a Lift Barbell class. It was such a good workout! After that, I came home and made my favorite instant pho from Costco. It is seriously so good and one of my favorite easy meals! 🍜 Then I picked some flowers from my backyard and dried them. I love flowers, and I think it’s so nice to preserve their beauty and enjoy them for a little longer. 🌸 My pool pump is broken right now, and somehow there were so many tadpoles swimming around in the pool! 🐸 I carefully picked them up and released them into the lake so they could grow up in a much better home. Later, I went to an antique store in Forsyth County. They had SO many Little Golden Books, and the prices were much lower than the ones I’ve seen in Atlanta. I ended up buying quite a few for my kids. The store owner was so sweet. When he saw me buying all the books for my kids, he started telling me about his childhood and how his mother used to read books to him all the time. He has his own booth at the antique shop, and he was kind enough to give me some of his books for free. It was such a sweet and unexpected moment. ❤️ After that, I stopped by Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods to get some groceries. For dinner, I made a vegan cheese plate with cheese from Rebel Cheese. Everything was really good! Some were definitely better than others, but overall, I really enjoyed them. 🧀✨ Thank you so much for watching my video! I hope you enjoyed spending the weekend with me. 家族で過ごす幸せな1週間 | Birthday Smiles & Everyday Moments | Family Vlog | 誕生日＆日常のほっこりVlog
This week’s vlog is full of little everyday moments and family time. ✨ It was Mika’s birthday, so we celebrated together with our family. My dad surprised Mika with an Oreo ice cream cake, and Mika absolutely loved it! Seeing that big smile made the day even more special. 🎂 As usual, I cooked dinner for everyone. This time I made vegan meat sauce spaghetti, and my family really enjoyed it. I always love cooking meals that everyone can share together. I also went to the gym to get some exercise and stopped by Walmart for a little shopping. I found a few things that I’d love to recommend, so I’ll share them in the video! The kids had a fun week too. They enjoyed their piano lessons and had a play date with friends at the park. I also spent time with my Vietnamese friend and his family. I had a chance to eat his mom’s homemade food, and it was so delicious and authentic. I truly love learning about different cultures and trying foods from around the world. It’s always such a special experience. This vlog is just a collection of random moments from our week, but these little everyday memories are the ones I treasure the most. ❤️ Thank you so much for watching my video! Hi everyone 🤍 This week I’m sharing my weekend with the kids! I will show you what I cook for kids. Instead of going out, we stayed home and cooking for them. Eating out in the U.S. can get really expensive. restaurant prices are high, and after adding tips it becomes even more 😅 So I try to cook more at home and be mindful about spending. I usually go to Costco to find good deals on groceries. I actually love grocery shopping and cooking. It makes me happy to prepare meals for my kids and see them enjoy the food 💛 It’s nothing fancy, just real mom life, simple meals, and cozy family time at home. シンママの子供なしで過ごした1日！久しぶりの自由時間を満喫しました I Spent a Day Without My Kids and It Was So Refreshing!
This week I’m taking you along for a fun day without the kids! I started my day by visiting the brand new Trader Joe’s in Johns Creek. They had just opened, so I wanted to check it out. The store was so spacious, and I loved all the cute animal decorations hidden throughout. I picked up a few groceries and was so excited to find the colorful insulated bags that had been sold out for months. I definitely got lucky! Next, I stopped by Costco. They had so many food samples that I ended up feeling full just from trying everything. I also picked up some new vegan protein bars to taste at home. They were just okay for me. They were really chewy and kind of messy to eat. My boyfriend loved the cookie dough flavor, but I don’t think I’ll be buying them again. In the afternoon, I met up with my friend from college. We hadn’t seen each other in such a long time, so we had a lot to catch up on. We walked along the Atlanta Beltline, which turned out to be great exercise, and stopped by the Atlanta Worldwide Gallery store. I always enjoy looking at all the unique vintage items there. After that, we got hungry and went to Glide Pizza. I ordered the burrata honey pizza again because I loved it the last time I had it. It was just as delicious as I remembered! Since we were so full, we decided to walk over to Lang Carson Park in Reynoldstown to burn off some pizza calories. The park was so quiet, so we sat by the skate park and talked for a while. I packed a lot into one day, and it ended up being such a fun and productive day. It felt so nice to catch up with my friend and spend some time exploring Atlanta. Thank you so much for watching! See you in my next video! 今週は、子どもたちがいない日の1日をVlogにしました！ まずは、新しくオープンしたジョンズクリークのTrader Joe’sへ行ってきました。オープンしたばかりだったので、どんなお店なのか気になって行ってみました。店内はとても広くて、あちこちにかわいい動物のイラストやオブジェがあって見ているだけでも楽しかったです。食料品を買ったほかに、ずっと売り切れだったカラフルな保冷バッグも見つけることができました！2か月前に発売されてからずっと売り切れていたので、本当にラッキーでした。 次はCostcoへ。今日は試食がたくさんあって、いろいろ食べていたら試食だけでお腹がいっぱいになってしまいましたw新しく見つけたヴィーガンプロテインバーも買って家で食べてみましたが、私にはちょっと微妙でした。すごく噛み応えがあって食べにくく、ポロポロこぼれてしまいました。でも彼はクッキードウ味がすごくおいしいと言っていました。私はたぶんリピートはしないかな。 午後は大学時代の友達と久しぶりに会いました。しばらく会えていなかったので、お互い話したいことがたくさん！アトランタ・ベルトラインを歩きながらたくさんおしゃべりをして、いい運動にもなりました。その後はAtlanta Worldwide Galleryにも立ち寄りました。ヴィンテージのアイテムを見るのが大好きなので、とても楽しかったです。 お腹が空いたのでGlide Pizzaへ。前回食べてとてもおいしかったブッラータハニーピザを今回も注文しました。やっぱりすごくおいしかったです！お腹いっぱいになったので、ピザのカロリーを消費しようということで、レイノルズタウンにあるLang Carson Parkへ行きました。公園はとても静かで人も少なかったので、スケートパークで座ってのんびりおしゃべりを楽しみました。 1日でいろいろな場所に行けて、とても充実した1日になりました。久しぶりに友達とゆっくり話すことができて、本当に楽しかったです。 動画をご覧いただきありがとうございます！楽しんでいただけたら、ぜひ高評価、コメント、チャンネル登録をよろしくお願いします。また次の動画でお会いしましょう！ #アメリカ生活 #ジョージア州 #アトランタ #シングルマザー #海外生活

Hi friends 💛 In this week’s video, I’m sharing a little look into my everyday life with my kids. On Saturdays, my kids go to Japanese school. I know it’s not easy to wake up early and go to school all day on a weekend, but it’s really important to me that they learn Japanese and stay connected to my culture. Since we live in the US, it can be hard to teach them everything at home, so this means a lot to me. I also try to make time for playdates because I want them to grow up social and connected. I would much rather have them spend time with friends and play outside than stay home watching TV. I believe these little moments will help them build strong friendships in the future. Kaya and Mika go to elementary school, and JT stays home with me. After dropping the girls off, I went to Atlanta Toyota for a check up. Later, we went grocery shopping and spent some time studying at home. We also took Mika for her check up, and I can’t believe she is already 7. I’m so grateful that she is healthy and growing well. These everyday moments may seem simple, but they mean so much to me. This week I’m sharing how I spent my weekend with my friend in Atlanta. We went to the Atlanta Jazz Festival at Piedmont Park, and it was such a fun experience because it was a free event with so many things to see and enjoy. First, we walked around and checked out all the vendors. There was so much food everywhere, and I was honestly so hungry but had a hard time deciding what to eat because everything looked so good. We found the State Farm tent and decided to make our own hats! They had free hats and bags that we could decorate. We scanned a QR code, designed our patches on our phones, and then they used a giant iron to press the patches onto our hats. They turned out so cute! I wish we could have picked more patches because there were so many adorable designs and it was so hard to choose only a few. After that, we found the Publix tent and saw so many sweet desserts. I tried some of them, but I realized sweets are not really my thing. I’m definitely more of a salty food person, so I started getting a little tired of all the sugar. But everything was still really good! Since it was raining a lot, it actually became the perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. Unfortunately, because of the rain, we couldn’t stay and enjoy the music as much as we wanted. So we decided to stop by Ponce City Market. We were both really hungry, but the food there can be a little pricey, so we decided to go to the Doraville area and look for something else to eat. We ended up trying Long Time No See Hot Pot for the first time. We chose spicy and tomato broth for our two soup bases. We ordered one portion of meat, but for the rest, we mostly enjoyed tofu and vegetables. Since I’ve been spending more time with my boyfriend who is vegan, I feel like my eating habits have naturally changed. I’ve been eating a lot more vegetables and soy products, and I’ve actually been feeling much better during my food journey. I can really notice changes in my skin, how I feel, and even my overall health. Now I just need to work on exercising more! The hot pot was delicious, and they even gave us Häagen-Dazs ice cream at the end, which was such a nice surprise. Thank you so much for watching my video. It means so much to me! 💕 今回は友達と過ごした週末の様子を紹介します😊 アトランタのPiedmont Parkで開催されたAtlanta Jazz Festivalに行ってきました。なんと無料で楽しめるイベントで、たくさんの人が集まっていてとても賑やかでした。 まずは会場を歩きながら、たくさんのベンダーを見て回りました。美味しそうな食べ物がたくさんあって、お腹がペコペコだった私は何を食べようかずっと迷っていました😂 途中でState Farmのテントを見つけて、オリジナルの帽子作りに挑戦しました！無料の帽子やバッグに、自分で選んだデザインのパッチを付けることができる体験でした。QRコードを読み込んでスマホでデザインを選び、その後大きなアイロンでパッチを付けてもらいました。 完成した帽子はとても可愛くて大満足でした💕 でも可愛いデザインがたくさんありすぎて、限られた数しか選べなかったのが少し残念でした。もっとたくさん付けたかったです！ その後はPublixのテントにも行って、たくさんのスイーツを試してみました。でも私は甘いものより塩っぱいものが好きなので、途中から少し砂糖に疲れてしまいました😂 でもどれも美味しかったです！ この日は雨がたくさん降っていたので、逆にゆっくり休める良い時間にもなりました。 ただ、雨の影響でジャズをゆっくり楽しむことができなかったので、Ponce City Marketにも寄ることにしました。お腹が空いていたのですが、Ponce City Marketは少しお値段が高めなので、何か食べる場所を探しにDoraville方面へ向かいました。 そして初めてLong Time No See Hot Potに行ってきました！辛いスープとトマトスープの2種類を選び、お肉は1皿だけ注文して、あとは豆腐や野菜を中心に楽しみました。 最近はヴィーガンの彼氏と過ごす時間が増えたことで、自然と野菜や豆腐などを食べることが多くなりました。食生活を変えてから、肌の調子や体の感じ、全体的な健康面で良い変化を感じています。 もちろん運動ももっと頑張らないといけないですが、少しずつ自分の体と向き合いながら健康的な生活を続けていきたいと思います😊 最後にはHäagen-Dazsのアイスクリームもいただいて、とても美味しい締めくくりになりました🍨 今回も動画を見てくださって本当にありがとうございます。 もし動画を楽しんでいただけたら、高評価、コメント、チャンネル登録をしていただけると嬉しいです💕 #アトランタ #ジョージア州 #アメリカ生活 #シングルマザー #海外生活

Hi friends 💛 In this week’s video, I’m sharing a special time I spent with my kids celebrating their birthdays. Since their birthdays are close to each other, I wanted to do something fun together, so we went to a claw studio arcade in chamblee. The kids had so much fun playing and were so excited to win lots of plushies. I also love how kid friendly this place is. If you do not want certain plushies, you can return them and get points to exchange for different prizes, which made it even more fun for them. We also had a playdate with friends and celebrated with an ice cream birthday cake. It was such a sweet and happy moment, and the cake was so delicious. For their birthday gifts, I went to Target and got them the new Nintendo Switch 2 Pokémon game pokopia. I also found cute Switch bags for them, which they loved. When we got home, they immediately started playing, and seeing how happy they were made me so happy too. These little moments mean so much to me, and I feel so grateful to celebrate my kids like this. This week, I’m sharing how I spent a day without my kids. The day started early because it was the release day for Trader Joe’s new striped mini tote bags. I arrived at Trader Joe’s around 7:30 a.m. and waited in line to get one. It was my first time lining up for a tote bag release, and I was a little nervous after seeing videos of people rushing to get them. Thankfully, the store employees were very organized, and the whole experience was calm and peaceful. Later, my boyfriend and I went to a block printing workshop at the Piedmont Park Community Center. It was such a fun and relaxing experience. The venue overlooked the lake, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We both made cards, and they turned out really nice. After the workshop, we took a walk around the park. We saw some animals along the way and enjoyed spending time together in nature. Thank you so much for watching my video.
