This Week in Our Life | Dentist Visit, Gym & Costco Finds 🦷🏋️‍♀️🛒 This week, we went to the dentist 🦷 The kids had their dental cleanings and X-rays done. The dentist said Kaya’s teeth can be fixed because they aren’t aligned yet, but she hasn’t gotten all of her adult teeth. For now, I’m thinking we should wait until all her adult teeth come in so we don’t have to do treatment twice. Mika had one cavity, so we had to come back on a different day to get it fixed. She got a filling and did such a good job. I’m so proud of her 💛 I also went to the gym as usual. I took a barbell class and a dance class. The dance class had a new instructor, and it was so fun! I can’t wait to take her class again 💃 I picked up a few different things from Costco. Costco honestly feels like an amusement park to me 😂 I love trying new products and seeing what’s new every time I go. Thank you so much for watching my video 🤍 Please like, comment, and subscribe to my channel! 今週のVlog｜歯医者・ジム・Costco購入品 🦷🏋️‍♀️🛒 今週は歯医者に行きました 🦷 子どもたちは歯のクリーニングとレントゲンを撮りました。歯医者さんから、カヤの歯はまだ全部の永久歯が生えそろっていないけれど、将来的に歯並びは治せると言われました。今は、後からもう一度治療をしなくていいように、永久歯が全部生えそろうまで待とうかなと思っています。 ミカは虫歯が1本見つかりました。別の日にもう一度行って、詰め物の治療をしましたが、とてもよく頑張ってくれました。本当によくできました 💛 いつも通りジムにも行きました。 バーベルのクラスとダンスクラスに参加しました。ダンスクラスは新しいインストラクターで、とても楽しかったです。また受けるのが今から楽しみです 💃 Costcoにも行って、いろいろな商品を買いました。 Costcoは私にとってアミューズメントパークみたいな場所ですw新しい商品を試すのが楽しい！ 動画を見てくれてありがとうございます 🤍 よかったら、いいね・コメント・チャンネル登録お願いします！

This Week in My Life | Gym, Mom Life, Art & Science Fair 🏋️‍♀️🎨🧪 This week was busy but fun 💫 I went to the gym as usual and took cycling, kickboxing, barbell, and Zumba classes. I also did some weight training on my own. I stopped by Buc-ee’s and ended up buying a “67” T-shirt 😂 I’m not even sure where it came from, but my kids (and so many other kids) keep saying “67.” It’s a little annoying, but I knew they would love it, so I got it for them. Once a month, Japanese moms get together to talk about motherhood. This time, I brought gyoza (Japanese dumplings) for our potluck. After our discussion about raising children, we enjoyed lunch together. Everything was so delicious though I have to admit, my gyoza was just heated up from Costco lol 🥟 JT has been really into art lately. He loves Power Rangers, so we made Power Rangers masks together. He liked it so much and kept saying he wants to make every single color ❤️ Kaya had her science fair project this week. She and her friend researched how to help and protect wild bears 🐻 We went to the school science fair and saw so many amazing projects from other students. It was really fun and interesting to see them all. Thank you so much for watching my video 💕 Please like, comment, and subscribe to my channel! 今週のVlog｜ジム・ママライフ・アート・サイエンスフェア 🏋️‍♀️🎨🧪 今週もいつも通りジムに行きました。 サイクリング、バーベル、ズンバ、キックボクシングのクラスに参加して、自分でも筋トレをしました。 Buc-ee’sに行って、「67」と書いてあるTシャツを買いました 😂 どこから流行っているのか分からないけど、子どもたちがずっと「67、67」って言っていて、他の子どもたちも言っているみたい。正直ちょっと鬱陶しいけど、子どもたちは絶対喜ぶと思って買いました。 月に一度、日本人のママたちが集まって、子育てについて話す会があります。オリーブの海外って言うんだけど。 今回はポットラックだったので、餃子を持っていきました🥟 子育てについて話した後は、みんなでランチ。どの料理も本当に美味しかったです。ちなみに私の餃子はCostcoのを温めただけですw JTは最近アートにハマっています。 パワーレンジャーが大好きなので、一緒にパワーレンジャーのマスクを作りました。とても気に入ってくれて、「全部の色を作りたい！」と言っていました❤️ Kayaはサイエンスフェアのプロジェクトがありました。 お友だちと一緒に「野生のクマを守る方法」について調べました🐻 学校でサイエンスフェアがあり、たくさんの生徒の作品を見ることができて、とても楽しくて勉強になりました。 動画を見てくれてありがとうございます💛 よかったら、いいね・コメント・チャンネル登録お願いします！
