Hello beautiful people! This is SujiQQ. If you have experienced baking cakes before, you might notice the combination of egg, wheat, and milk is not so healthy, because you feel heavy in your stomach promptly after eating it. OR you might not notice it because there is so much white sugar addiction in you. Wheat has gluten. Why do you eat so much gluten with cakes, pies, breads, pastas and pizzas. Wake up! If you feel bad the next day, it's because of your diet from the previous day. Your body tells you but would you ignore them? If you eat quinoa together with cheese, quinoa rinses it in your body. This cheese cake tastes almost like cream cheese itself. Stay healthy! Stay beautiful! Stay young! SujiQQ
